This past week, I attended an indie film screening with a friend. The movie was about a lonely woman who, in her desperation for connection, got into a very tricky situation while being a webcam model. She allowed herself to do things she knew weren’t right, but couldn’t stop herself. She was desperate for acceptance. To be seen.
